I used to label myself as an Emotional Mastery Coach, Holistic Practitioner, and an Acharya from the Mahajrya Buddhist tradition. For ten years, I made meditation, mindfulness, and spirituality the foundation of how I live my life, and how I ran my business. I worked with hundreds of clients, helping them learn how to manage their emotions, and teaching them about meditation and spirituality.
In 2021 I became burnout and I took a pause.
At the moment I am not offering 1:1 services or meditation classes, but I have created this website to share more about the things that I am passionate about that have helped me find balance, authenticity, and a newfound love for life.

I genuinely love everything coconut! The smell, the taste, the texture. If I go to any restaurant and there is a dish with coconut in it, you bet I will order it. I love coconut!
